At the VPA 198 – Portfolios & Proposals organizational meeting we discussed portfolio platforms and LEA Land Grant ideas for the 2nd half of 2015.
Virtual Public Art 198 is a hybrid course with F2F and online components. Learners will create online Portfolios & Proposals for use with LEA Land Grants and other projects of interest.
13 of us attended the 1st meeting of Virtual Public Art 199. We had lots of activity ideas. We’re doing Dance Anywhere next Friday. At the end of class Neeva started our 1st activity with a collaborative bridge building project.
I’m pleased to announce that Medici University will now be granting certificates in Virtual Public Art. Interested Learners may enroll in MU’s Virtual Public Art 199 – Field Research.

After walking for 5-1/4 hours with Lawrence Lessig’s New Hampshire Rebellion, we avatars really worked up a sweat. The Medici University Perfumery collected avatar sweat from our treadmills and distilled it into a new Eau de Avatar fragrance collection.
The French Maid is Eve. It is our presumption of her carnal knowledge that intrigues us. The Asian Maid is Peter Pan. Her refusal to be mired in the stress and obligation of the adult world, her childlike innocence and play, is what brings us joy.
On 25 October we’ll march on Paris. We’ll do it to be silly. We’ll do it to have fun. But we’ll also do it because it really matters. No matter how silly you choose to be, no matter how much fun you might have, you’re still a human being worthy of human rights.
